Each year Southside Children’s Center hosts a Thanksgiving Dinner for those less fortunate. Last Thursday our Elder team chipped in time and effort to help feed these families in a low-income housing area in the community. It was a great honor to contribute to this event as this is the only Thanksgiving dinner that some of these families will get. Southside Children’s Center was able to feed about 110 people at this wonderful event and it was a blessing to participate.
