  • Superintendent

    The Superintendent is responsible for all aspects of jobsite management including staffing, scheduling, and business partner/subcontractor relations. As site leader, Superintendent effectively oversees project from award through completion. The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience that demonstrates excellent understanding of the unique needs and requirements of clients, projects, departments and systems. Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. 

  • Project Manager

    The Project Manager is Elder Construction’s person responsible for leading a project from its buyout to execution. This includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project.  They work as a team with the Preconstruction Manager and Project Superintendent to deliver successful projects to our clients.

  • Carpenter In-Training

    Carpenters perform a wide variety of carpentry work such as installing subfloors, temporary enclosures, partitions, studs, joints, drywall, door frames, backing and blocking. Interior work may include installation of toilet accessories, millwork, custom cabinetry, stairs, railings, trims, molding, doors and hardware. Carpenters perform exterior and interior finish work.  This position directly reports to the Project Superintendent or Foreman.

  • Laborer

    Performs a variety of physical labor duties on the job site including, but not limited to, moving materials and supplies, erecting or dismantling scaffolding or other set-up and break-down activities, digs trenches, demolition, use of hand and power tools and performs general clean-up of tools, equipment and work areas.  The laborer position may assist other crafts in their trades.  This position directly reports to the Project Superintendent or Foreman. 

  • Estimator

    The estimator position is responsible for assisting the Preconstruction team in development of a range of client estimates beginning at the conceptual level through final construction documents.  Our estimators work with the entire team to provide accurate cost information that allows our owners and design team to make timely and well-informed decisions.

  • Project Engineer

    The Project Engineer is Elder Construction’s person responsible for maintaining project documents. They work as a team with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to deliver successful projects to our clients. The Project Engineer position reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.
