Patrick Elder

As far back as Patrick can remember, he has always been fascinated by the construction process. By the age of five, he was excavating the backyard and building tree houses with his brother Chris and best friend Austin. This spark led him to a degree in Business and Construction Management at Colorado State University. After graduation, Patrick worked for an ENR Top 200 construction firm in Denver before returning to Northern Colorado to open Elder Construction’s North Office in 2009.

Patrick works closely to provide support and guidance to the project team in the Northern Colorado office. He strives to understand and ensure the team’s vision and expectations are achieved. Patrick facilitates conversation and provides leadership from start to finish. By fostering a collaborative environment that creates win-win strategies, Patrick ensures “raving fans.”
