One Commerce Center

Office Evolution had retained a new office space and needed a full build-out to reflect their vision. Elder Construction started with a full demo, completely gutting the interior. We then remodeled the space from its original 14 offices, into a more efficient space accommodating a full 32 offices. The entire office remodel included modern finishes throughout, prominently featuring 9 foot tall Versatrac doors and windows to allow for a spacious glass feel. The new office also included a conference room and an employee break room housing a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
