Meraki Yoga Studio began leading classes eight weeks after construction began in the fall of 2016. Elder help lead the project through a CM/GC procurement model that allowed the team to collaborate from initial design through completion. Elder assisted in helping the Meraki team through cost analysis, constructability reviews and navigation through the Fort Collins Building Department.
