After many years of dentistry experience, Dr. Steven Ralston desired to launch his own practice in order to bring his experience and compassionate care to his community, Securing a core and shell space in Johnstown, Dr. Ralston hired Elder Construction to provide a complete tenant finish of the new space, working with Bloom Studio architects. We were honored to guide this first-time builder through the construction process, making certain the scope of work was correctly budgeted. We were able to not only minimize additional out-of-scope expenses, but completed the project under budget, providing savings back to the client.
