Lazy Dog Tavern

Locally owned Lazy Dog Tavern wanted to expand to the growing Johnstown/Loveland area in the 2534 development. Although this wasn’t their first location (also in Boulder and Erie), this was their first ground-up construction project. They needed a contractor and design team that could work cohesively and guide them through the process, keep them in budget, and provide them with a quality building that best represented their restaurant. Elder Construction teamed with local design firm, Infusion Architects, through a design-assist partnership. The result was a quality, eye-catching 8,000 square foot restaurant that Lazy Dog Tavern can be proud of. The two-story building includes casual dining, up-scale bar, and roof top patio amenities.

A well-lit, modern two-story building with a large sign reading "Lazy Dog Tavern" at dusk. The establishment features outdoor seating areas with string lights and umbrellas. The surrounding area includes a paved pathway, lush grass, and bicycle racks.
