The City of Dacono selected us as General Contractor for a municipal project involving a new facility and renovations to two existing buildings. We began with the ground-up construction of a 10,282-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to serve as the new City Complex, including council chambers, office spaces, a workout room, and locker rooms. At the same time, we renovated the 6,996-square-foot City Hall, a 1930s ranch-style building, by removing a load-bearing wall and reinforcing the roof to create a more open, functional space. We also remodeled the 3,200-square-foot Police Station, upgrading plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and creating an open office layout to support a more efficient work environment.
All three projects were completed in phases to ensure continued operation of the occupied building during construction.
