Centennial Lending desired a new location for their headquarters that focused on efficiency and productivity, with plentiful natural light, collaborative work-spaces, and an incredible view of the front range. Elder Construction gladly tackled this prestigious project, an 18,000 square foot, ground-up, two-story, steel framed office building. The broad scope of work included site-work, structural steel erection, and all finishes to complete a full build-out. The exterior skin of the building showcased stucco, modular brick veneer, fiber cement siding, cedar soffits, and painted structural steel. Interior finishes included cedar soffits, decorative lighting, and interior storefront. Sitework included exterior concrete paving & sidewalks, decorative concrete scoring at the entryway, and a patio with seat wall and landscaping.
