Briggsdale School – CTE & COAG

Our team is managing a two-part school expansion totaling 21,443 sq. ft.: a 6,900 sq. ft. Commons Addition and a 14,500 sq. ft. Classroom Addition.
The Commons includes a high-volume gathering space, weight room, public restrooms, and concessions. It will serve as a new secure entry to the gym with large south-facing glass and exposed ceiling features.
The Classroom Addition includes general classrooms, a staff workroom, and a CTE wing with Family Consumer Science and Vocational Ag programs. The shop space supports carpentry and welding, with overhead doors, exhaust systems, and flexible workspace for large projects.
