Baessler Homes – Corp. Headquarters

Baessler Homes outgrew its existing space and purchased a new property to support continued growth and future expansion. Elder Construction partnered with VFLA Architects to complete a full interior demolition and deliver a modern build-out featuring private offices, open collaborative areas, conference rooms, a large training room, restrooms, and a kitchen with a staff lounge. Exterior improvements included modern windows, a sliding patio door, and a new timber-framed covered patio. From conceptual design through final bidding, Elder Construction provided accurate budgeting and Virtual Reality walkthroughs to refine the design, saving both time and project costs.
