Alicia serves as Training and Development Director for Elder in its entirety. She supports, empowers, and encourages the team by providing training and tools to be great teams and great builders while having a great experience. Serving as a project engineer and project manager in her past experience has equipped her with the knowledge and compassion to inspire the Elder team.

Alicia is a relationship-driven commercial construction professional with 15+ years’ experience. She believes that creating and maintaining relationships is imperative to our business, whether that’s a relationship with a client, a designer, a trade-partner, or fellow colleagues. Alicia is passionate about youth engagement in our industry and is a guest lecturer at Colorado State University Construction Management Department.
