Ent Credit Union – Multiple Locations

The ENT Credit Union projects were completed through a fast-paced collaborative effort between the owner and design team. The project durations ranged from 9-12 weeks. The key challenge on all of these projects was the separation between the construction zone and the bank’s ongoing operations. This was effectively done by creating sectional finished walls that were able to be relocated and moved as required for the multiple phase plans that need to occur to complete the project. The project included full demolition, new wall configurations, lighting, millwork, glass partitions, finishes throughout, and modifications to the existing mechanical systems. Elder has built or remodeled Ent locations all across the Front Range including Colorado Springs, Monument, Castle Rock, Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, Firestone, and Loveland.
