Shops at Voyager and the Expansion of Something New Boutique
Breaks Ground at 11590 Ridgeline Dr. in Colorado Springs
Colorado Springs, CO, April 17, 2019 – Community growth is evident at the Shops at Voyager. An expansion project is underway with an 18,000 square foot, 2-story building located on the northwest corner of Voyager Parkway and Ridgeline Drive. This new building will house the expansion of bridal and formal wear retailer, Something New Boutique, on the upper floor. For almost 12 years, Something New Boutique has been serving Colorado Springs and this new building will provide them with more space to better serve their customers. The ground floor will contain multiple retail units (currently available for lease), including an end unit with a drive-up window. The new building is made possible by a team of local businesses, including Yow Architects, Eastern Colorado Bank, and Elder Construction. All retail space leasing opportunities will be represented by Cameron Butcher Realty.
