Elder Construction is pleased to announce the award of the Colorado College Cutler Hall Remodel Project. As Colorado College’s first building constructed in 1880 and current Administration Building, this historic remodel offers a unique set of challenges that Elder Construction is eager to tackle. In addition to an overall interior face lift, the existing heating, cooling, and electrical systems will be upgraded to twenty-first century technology. This updated look, feel, and level of comfort will provide a top-class experience to current and future students visiting this building.
