Elder Construction is very excited to partner with Kappa Kappa Gamma at Colorado State University in their new renovation starting in December of 2017. Kappa’s house was originally built in 1960 and has since been refurbished. This newest addition to the existing building includes a new dining room, chapter room, bed rooms, and outdoor courtyard. As Kappa grows, their chapter facility needs to grow as well. We cannot wait to work alongside these women in their pursuit to expand their chapter.
