Dear Clients,
The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news cycle, and it is likely also dominating your personal and professional conversations. We are no different; the health, safety and well-being of our staff, trade partners, and you our client, remains our top priority. As COVID-19 makes inroads into the community we call home, Elder Construction is taking this situation seriously. We are leaning into two of our core values of Servant Leadership and G.R.I.T. These values have guided us, and we continue to vet all our actions against them. We are all in this together.
Our plan is simple. We aim to keep you informed to the best of our ability and stay focused on what we can control. Here are few things we are doing right now.
- Our leadership team is monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest recommendations and guidance.
- Effective March 18th, all office staff has been asked to work remotely. We have great technology to allow our team to communicate effectively while working remotely. We do not expect disruption in our availability by email and/or phone. Please expect a member from your Elder project team to reach out and work with you to change any in person meetings to either a conference or video call.
- At this point in time all project sites are continuing to work as normal. We are in constant communication with those working on site and will update you if that changes.
It is important to note that many materials necessary to complete construction may originate from impacted regions. Our project teams are monitoring the impact of delays and will communicate with our customers, trade partners and suppliers to discuss contingency plans, if an impact is anticipated.
We have asked our incredible team to step up all communications with you. Updates on the status of your project operations will be conveyed as information becomes available.
We will continue to monitor the news and any reports or requirements from the CDC and local, state and federal governments. Our focus, dedication, and support are unwavering as we navigate these unique times. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
