The security of a cozy bed is a basic need for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support for a child. All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads, and that’s where Sleep in Heavenly Peace comes in! SHP is a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling, and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need. It was an honor to participate in SHP’s mission last Saturday, December 14th. Our team, with the help of two Scout troops and other volunteers, was able to construct 22 beds for children in need. The finished beds will soon be delivered to local children so they can sleep in heavenly peace this holiday season!
