Guardian Companies and Imagination Destination Partner with Redco Construction,
Elder Construction, and VFLA Architects to Expand Pointe Plaza in Cheyenne.
Pointe Plaza construction is now underway! June 14th Guardian Companies and Imagination Destination celebrated the groundbreaking for their new three-story building! According to Ross Malinski, President of Guardian Companies “We are very excited to announce our newest neighbor in the Pointe Plaza, Imagination Destination. We are confident they will be another fantastic addition to the community and offer the neighborhood services that we have been looking for.”
This design-build project is a team effort between Elder Construction, RedCo Construction, and VFLA Architects. Pointe Plaza Building B/Mixed-use and Daycare is a 42,900 square foot mixed-use building. The main floor is the Imagination Destination daycare facility with classrooms, indoor play area, and outdoor playground. The new space will better accommodate the needs of the daycare. The second and third floor have 24 high-end, two and three bedroom apartments with amenities including a workout facility and mixed-media room. The new apartments are designed to have a modern industrial style with Juliet balconies and an open kitchen.
