Elder Construction is excited to be teaming up with McWhinney and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs to deliver a new 20,000 square foot Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Loveland, CO. This new facility will improve VA access to care and benefits in Northern Colorado with forty patient care rooms, new lab, PT/OT/ST area, Ophthalmology, audiology, and administrative space. Construction is scheduled to begin in late September and complete in February 2018.
