Steve DeWeese
President of Colorado Springs
Steve has spent most of his career in the construction industry. At the age of 16, he began as a glazier in his father’s commercial glass business. After college, he continued his journey as a sales engineer for General Electric, selling electrical distribution equipment. He has held a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing and operations with manufacturers, end users and subcontractors.
Background
Steve believes deeply in Elder’s core values and shares the passion for building purpose into people and improving the local community. “We aren’t constructing a building or an office, we’re helping a partner achieve their vision. Whether this is a once in a lifetime project or one of many, we want to take the stress and challenges of the construction process off their shoulders.”
