Vestas – Multiple Projects

Phased construction within an active corporate campus required precise planning and coordination to maintain ongoing operations. The project delivered an 82,800-square-foot, ground-up maintenance facility using a two-phase approach that allowed approximately half of the building to be completed and occupied under a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy while the remaining scope was constructed.
Extensive preconstruction planning, sequencing, and logistics minimized disruption to adjacent occupied buildings, ensured safe separation between construction and operations, and enabled successful delivery while the campus remained fully active.
