The project consisted of a three-phase renovation designed to maintain full occupancy and uninterrupted business operations. Focused on modernizing the facility to align with NSCA’s brand and operational standards, the work included upgrades to interior finishes, MEP systems, and the building envelope. Key features included a new steel patio with a louvered roof, an acoustically treated video studio, and renovated restrooms and locker rooms with high-end finishes. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were upgraded throughout, while exterior improvements added a new loading dock, truck leveler, and landscape restoration with native seed mixes and enhanced exterior lighting.

A modern building with tan brick walls and a black metal balcony sits under a blue sky with scattered clouds. A small tree and neatly landscaped bushes line the sidewalk in front.
