This project included a 9,900-square foot 620-seat ground-up single story sanctuary and related site work. The building incorporated structural steel construction over drilled piers, sloped metal roofing elements and stone and stucco assemblies. Unique interior architecture features innovative lines, pop-outs and a comfortable blending of the color palette for an overall harmonious feel. Site work included demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, curb and gutters, sidewalks, site utilities and landscaping/irrigation. The building is independent but connected to the existing church structure via a connecting link.  Phasing of site development was required in order to maintain continuous operation of and access to the existing church.

“I wanted to express my appreciation for everything that your staff did for Family of Christ Lutheran Church to complete the sanctuary. You have an excellent staff working for you! Your team was awesome to work with on the project. They were an asset to us in getting the sanctuary built especially with all of the issues at the beginning of the project. Everyone on your team addressed our concerns in a professional and concerning manner. Thanks to your team, we are blessed to be worshiping in a new sanctuary during this Christmas season. Please let your team know that we appreciate everything they did for us and we hope to work with Elder Construction again!”
