Alpine Bank

Alpine Bank wanted to make a statement with its new branch in the heart of Fort Collins. To bring that vision to life, the bank partnered with Galloway and Elder Construction to create a building that complements the area’s Craftsman-style architecture. The site consisted of three developed properties and three existing buildings, requiring a carefully planned redevelopment effort. The first phase involved the abatement and demolition of two commercial structures, followed by the relocation of a historic building to the adjacent lot south of the site and placement on a new foundation. With the site prepared, construction proceeded on Alpine Bank’s newest branch — an 8,242-square-foot facility designed to serve the community while enhancing the surrounding neighborhood.
