BH Developers desired a new office space for their headquarters in central Loveland. Elder Construction stepped in to assist them with a complete tenant finish of their chosen 2,523 square foot location on 4th street. This project included the addition of two restrooms with specialty fixtures and tiling; new electrical power and designer lighting; and the addition of a break area/wet bar, as well as new “reclaimed” wood flooring throughout. Design aesthetics were very important to the Owner, so we also installed specialties like motorized shades; a liquid gas fireplace; brick, vinyl, and angled board wall finishes; and custom trim and furniture. Effective communication between the design team and the Owner contributed to the selection of budget-conscious finishing options while also satisfying superior quality standards. This tenant
finish resulted in a beautiful space for BH Developers to call home for many years to come.
