Elder Construction in Colorado Springs is moving
Elder Construction first opened the doors at our office on North Prospect Street in 1997 and for the past 21 years, we have called this home. We had 3 employees and occupied only 1300sf. As we have grown in the Springs, we have been fortunate enough to expand into the two suites surrounding the original space which now equates to 3,600sf. We have since outgrown this space once again. It is amazing to think back 5 years ago when we had 15 employees working in both the North and South offices. It’s a bittersweet moment at our Colorado Springs office as we close the door on this past but open so many more for our future. Elder now has 55 employees between both locations. This continued growth has inspired us to move a few miles up the road to a larger space on Centennial Blvd in the Technology Center near Garden of the Gods Road.
We are humbled that our culture of nurturing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees has organically grown our success as a team. Our newly remodeled Colorado Springs office is located at 4870 Centennial Blvd, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. This new 6000sf office space has two huddle rooms and 16 open offices with daylighting; (this is 6 more than we have now) which allows for our growth as we continue to recruit highly qualified team players to our Elder Family. In addition to the added elbow room, we are excited to utilize this more central location and better parking – not to mention the food trucks that visit the development during lunch.
