Elder Construction has been awarded the CM/GC Contract for building renovations at Loveland based Hach Company. This 79,000 square foot building renovation will provide Hach staff and client with a new 8,000 square foot Modem Commercial Kitchen and Cafeteria, and over 71,000 square feet of re-purposed office and lab space. Preconstruction work began in September of 2017 with construction completing this August.
